EP's Sustainable Entrepreneurship series is a year long program dedicated to exploring the social, environmental, and financial benefits of incorporating sustainability into new and existing ventures.
By bringing together some of the brightest minds in entrepreneurship and finance, we hope to inspire students, professors, and administrators to incorporate sustainability factors when making business decisions.
At EP, we believe that sustainable entrepreneurship and sustainable investing are not smart philanthropy, but smart business. We know that accounting for ESG principles is a risk-adjusted investment, bound to generate stronger long-run returns than companies seeking financial returns alone.
Each of the speakers participating in this series are working to solve some of the world’s most pressing challenges in industries like sustainable agriculture, affordable housing, healthcare, education, renewable energy and microfinance. Each will bring a unique perspective on the importance of building a culture that embraces the intersection of business and positive societal change.
