About
Brown EP is the largest student organization at Brown. Founded in 1998, the club has inspired a generation of Brown University student entrepreneurs to share their best ideas with the entire world. We encourage the entire Brown University and RISD communities and anyone involved in the field of entrepreneurship to contact and engage with us.
We are the only student organization that enables you to meet with founders of multi-billion dollar companies, pitch your startup idea for funds to scale your venture, travel to New York to engage with leading companies, and meet your future co-founder to build the next big thing that transforms the world!
Our Structure
Brown EP is comprised of 3 distinct sections. The General Body is open to any Brown Student and allows them to engage with entrepreneurship at a high level with a completely flexible time commitment.
Core is a smaller group of students subdivided into 7 teams which are described below. Core members are extremely passionate about entrepreneurship and are eager to take their entrepreneurial journey to the next level. Joining Core requires agreeing to a 5-7 hour weekly time commitment as well as completing applications and interviews.
Lastly, Ventures allows Brown University-affiliated ventures to connect and engage with amazing EP resources. For example, you can connect with fellow founders at exciting networking events, get seed funding through venture pitches, and gain exclusive opportunities to engage with leading alumni in a variety of industries.
